I love any quick trip up to the Big Apple especially when I can visit with Hampton Paper's biggest fan and sales rep (a.ka. my dad). We enjoyed a great dinner on the west side at Marseille's. If you are taking trip to NYC I definitely recommend it. Call ahead as you will need a reservation - this place is packed and I now know why!
I am promised a meeting with the chef, Andy D'Amico, on my next visit and I cant wait.
Looks like I need to add a red delicious apple to our portfolio!
